Sync-up with Stella

Meeting Summary
The Team had a sync-up with Stella to discuss the updates on The Team's end. The Team presented the ideas with regards to the Launch, Social Media as well as Budget. After which was a feedback session from Stella with regards to her views on the current ideas presented to her as well as Stella's team's views on the work that is currently being conceptualised.
Areas of particular concern are name that of the Budget, Bingo as well as the usage of images from various sources as detailed below.
Launch Updates
- Proceed to think of hashtags for content/Bingo Challenge
- Proceed to conceptualise a hybrid format for launch (Live&Zoom) [update by Stella after Saturday]
- Conceptualise alternative plan (plan B) for contingencies
- Procure limited edition tote bags from Stella
Budget
- own overall costs of certain items proposed (e.g. sidecar)
- Find sponsors for certain items and gift prizes (Stella will ask around mid Dec)
- Not essential to cut costs, just inform Stella of proposed provisions with justifications
Bingo Launch
- Currently lacking hashtags, to come up with hashtags to back challenge
- Proceed down to shops in precinct to ask them for their support in our challenge (should Stella have a letter of authorisation, may help in procurement of business owners support)
- Stella still in the process of discussions with her team, in the mean time, The Team (us) will look into lowering prizes which merchants do not mind giving out
- e.g. F&B vouchers to give away or smaller token that is affordable in our budget to purchase the vouchers
Feedback from Stella (regarding content)
- Avoid using photos from SPH/Mediacorp, they cost a lot of money
- Use photos from the National Archives (take down session number of images found and required and inform Stella
- Graphic Designer can design stickers or flyers to give out to shops (QR code of IG/Tiktok etc)
Actions moving forward: Team to begin sourcing for images for content, conceptualise launch ideas, refine budget with prizes taken into consideration, lower overall costs
