FILMING PROCESS
Day 1
(21/12/21)
On the first day of filming, Roxana, Hyorim & Walter along with Iqa, the videographer went down to Kampong Gelam.

As it was the first day, the team took it as a site recce session to take note of the areas that can be shot on the other days as well as filming the necessary spots as per the list we came up with prior to the filming date.

We learnt that some stakeholders were not very comfortable with the filming due to the uncertainty of our project hence we had to get an Authorisation Letter from URA to provide more details and assure stakeholders of the validity of out project.
Day 2
(22/12/21)
On the second day of the shoot, Walter, Mandel and Roxana went down to Kampong Gelam with Iqa, the Videographer and did a site recce of the highlighted places in the content plan.
Day 3
(28/12/21)
Day 3 of filming was highly productive. The team realised that it was essential to introduce themselves first and make small introductions before filming in their shops as it helped them to feel more comfortable and allow them to willingly share more about themselves.

Prior to the previous shoot days, day 3 of filming turned out to be smoother as the team had reflected that there should be more organisation and systematic scheduling in terms shot sequences. Based on the reflection, the team had created a shot sequence to ensure that Day 4 of filming would be productive.

Many of the stakeholders were welcoming and even extended their name cards to the team to keep in contact.

As such, the team ended the filming on a good note and made many good relationships with the stakeholders.
Day 4
(29/12/21)
On the last day of filming, Tricia and Anna went down to Kampong Gelam to assist Iqa. Since it was the last day of the shoot, the team went to the leftover places that was not covered over the last few days. Such as Aliwal Art Centre and places that required or needed extra shots.
UPLOAD PROCESS
The overall process of getting the contents up and be approved by Stella would consist of the following:
1. SM team's discussion on contents
2. Contents would be then place into a table, to allow better understanding to Stella, Graphic Designer & SM team.
3. Getting the overall contents approved by Stella
4. Meeting with Graphic Designer to explain what we would be doing
5. Graphic Designer would then submit the Draft to the SM team
6. The team would give the initial round of feedback
7. Graphic Designer would then submit the updated draft to the SM team
8. Draft work would then be attached into the social media calendar to await overall approval on Stella's end.
9. Upon approval of the content graphics from SM team, SM team would seek approval from Stella
10. Rounds of feedbacks & edits done according to Stella's requirement
11. Upload

Reflection:
The team should have better communicate and set weekly meetings with the graphic designer so as to check on the process of the work. This will allow the team and the designer to have common understanding on how the post will look. In this process our approval process would also be able to be faster, as this process took up most of the SM team's time as we have to wait on both Stella and the graphic designer end.
Tiktok
Overall the process of getting the contents approved for upload followed the process of:
1. SM team's discussion on contents
2. Getting the overall contents approved by Stella
3. The team finalising contents + storyboarding + copywriting for captions & titles
4. Followed by filming days
5. Looking through clips (from filming) and archival images provided by URA
6. Discussing with the videographer on the final video layouts
7. Rounds of feedbacks & edits
8. Upload

Reflection:
Looking back at the time spent on the rounds of edits, We think it would have been better if the team had confirmed every components (background music, titles, etc.) prior to getting the feedbacks
