ABOUT
Project Rediscover 2022 is a project by
students of LASALLE's BA (Hons) in Arts Management
programme in conjunction with our industry partner,
Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA).
This projects aims to attract the up-and-coming generation of Singaporeans to uncover hidden areas and little-known facts of Kampong Gelam.
THE TEAM
Project Manager Works closely with Marketing Director, Liaises with Project Supervisor and Clients, Oversee the financial administration of the organisation, Assist in the management of milestones
Marketing Director Oversees Project Rediscover Kampong Glam 2022, Responsible for providing direction and guidance towards project’s goals, Sets timelines and check-ins on team's progress, Ensure that the project is moving according to timeline. Ensure that the marketing contents go in line with the project goal.
Editorial Manager Ensures optimal editorial and marketing copywriting, Manages photo and video edits and selection, Collaborates with executives to write marketing content, Oversee proofreading procedures and edit copies
Creative Director Determines creative direction and vision of project, Ensures visual communication and brand standards are met across all social media, Manages the creative process from concept to completing, Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies. Assist in creation of social media contents so as to create cohesive marketing contents.
Social Media Executive Creating and curating content for social media, Responsible for keeping our social media relevant, fresh and engaging to receive more follows, shares, Sifting, sorting, and sharing appropriate content and presenting it to our social media followers in a way that adds value, Works closely with Communications Executive and Creative Manager to ensure cohesion. Review feedbacks and assist in creation of contents.
Communications Executive To maintain a positive public image for the organisation, Create media, from press releases to social media messages that aligns with URA’s mission, Works closely with Social Media Executive and Creative Manager to ensure cohesion. Liaise with media companies, to ensure an adequate amount of publicity for the project.
In conjunction with URA
Market Research Analyst Gathers and analyses survey and social media performance metrics. Determines social media content strategies and provides support to the overall running of social media platforms. Examines current marketing advertising and advises team on marketing strategies, Ensures that marketing strategies meets project’s objectives. Assist overall social media team's process and ensure that everything goes as planned.
