Discussion on Shai's feedback

The team chose the best method to illustrate our project on WIX. The initial idea was to dedicate a page for each stage (i.e. Pre-production, Production and Post-Production). This allows the team to reflect on the approval process and any frustrations or confusion that might happen during the meetings. A question that the team would ask themselves is what happened during the process and how it has impacted the trajectory of the project.

Delegation

Things to do included:

1. Looking through the social media content and see what needed archive documents

2. The schedule - planning countdown posts for approximately two weeks leading up to the launch

Suggestions that were brought up:

1. Early January - Soft Launch

2. Mid January - Countdown

3. February - Launch (Thought process: Will it clash with Chinese New Year?)

Delegation:

1. Walter to complete project proposal for URA

2. Anna to do up WIX website for documentation

Preparation

The team was to prepare an agenda for the meeting with Stella. A confirmation email was sent to Stella to hold the meeting on the 16th November 2021, Tuesday, at 9am.
