Meeting Summary

In a short 20 minute consultation, the team assured Shai that the project was going well, the ideation and pre-production was generally going well for the time being. Some discussions about the Project Documentation were held and Shai gave the team a few pointers, namely:

1. The documentations have to have some level of reflection

2. Processes that might not be used for the final project should be included

3. Include collection of data

4. Include non-text materials like designs and photos

5. Using a platform that would be an advantage to the teams documentation. A platform that is user-friendly so that it is easy for Shai to navigate.

The exchange and clarification helped the team visualise the platform which would help them document the progress of the project and each meeting.
