Meeting Summary

The team gathered to discuss the datelines, budget, social media/content, PR plans and moving forward. The team also shared the progress on various tasks and followed up from the previous meeting.

Timeline

The team decided to finalise the content on the 19th of November 2021 and get approved by the 26th of November 2021. The production period was decided to be held in December.

Budget

Due to more detailed budgeting and feedback from Sunitha, it was discovered that we needed a low-cost videographer. An alternative would be to come up with the team's own videography team.

Social Media/Content

The team discussed the dateline to come up with potential interviewees and questions by the 19th November 2021. The social media calendar also needed to include the content, story and post. Weekly KPIs for social media were also set. The team would also create a new Google Sheets for content overview for Instagram and TikTok. Tasks were delegated as follows:

1. Instagram Story/IG TV: Roxana and Shalyn

2. Instagram Posts: Mandel and Anna (Analytics)

3. TiktTok Videos: Hyorim, Tricia, Roxana and Anna (Analytics)

PR Plans

The team decided to list down potential editors or journalists and come up with templates to approach interviewees of the stakeholders in Kampong Gelam.

Moving Forward

It was discussed that the team needed more clarification with Stella about the meeting with One Kampong Gelam and Kampong Gelam Alliance. Stella has not updated on the approval of the TikTok account. Some questions that the team needed to ask Stella were:

1. Has the Bingo campaign been approved?

2. The approval status of the TikTok account

3. Clarification on the Bingo campaign's prizes
