Meeting Summary
The team gathered to get feedback from the client after the pitch, the client agreed with the team's KPI and will link the team up with OKG. The team also managed to check if the client was agreeable with the proposed Social Media plans and Budget.
The client suggested ways to engage stakeholders in OKG as well.
Main communication will be through the client
The client will use their network to further reach out to audiences and get stakeholders’ feedbacks (this allows the team to have ob markers/ guidelines, moving forward)
The client mentioned that the team could make content which are more multi-ethnic to showcase the multi-ethnic nature of the area.
The client suggested to look into heritage businesses (Kin Soon)
Look at: Chinese undertaker still operating, clan associations in KG, old Chinese stalls along Beach road, fish tackle shops
Steer clear of Jalan Kubor
Coverage on the Blue mosque is approved by the Client
It was suggested that the team can look into incorporating all the different mosques and their architecture, for example:
Malabar Mosque (Indian-Muslim, mosaic tiles)
Sultan Mosque (Art Deco features)
Hajjah Fatimah Mosque (Slanting tower)
Social Media
The client raised no issues with regards to the team creating a TikTok account but the client would have to double check with the relevant department in URA.
The team got a green light on their Budget, however the Client would like the team to be more specific and narrow the budget down to only what s necessary.
Before the next meeting, the team would expect to be receiving a set of brand guidelines URA corp identity kit and a set of books for research purposes from the client. The team set out to identify potential video producers and confirm the breakdown of the budget.
