Meeting Summary
These team presented the draft survey to Sunitha and received feedbacks as such:
Create one paragraph for “what is the purpose of the survey”
Photos could work too
Think about the language being used, “why have you not been …” , “why is kampong gelam not one of your destinations?” , “Likely and willing” don’t work together, don’t use “likely”
Make the questions clear
Can add a question and ask if they are following any social media accounts that are culture, heritage or arts related? What are they?
Try the survey out and get feedback!
Check with Stella and Mohamad Shaifulbahri (Shai), if approval is required
For the next part of the meeting, the team focused on the branding of the project, the past year's project was the starting point of the branding and had to decide on a few things:
Logo Elements
Brand Colours
Visuals
The team then moved on conceptualising the social media contents for both Tik Tok and Instagram. It was then brought up by Sunitha that we had to decide on the clear positioning of the project. As it seemed as though we were going towards the direction of being a marketing team, we had to focus on promoting, adding value and problem solving.
