Looking at Roles and the Survey
Assigning of the roles and responsibilities and redefining the survey

Meeting Summary
The meeting consisted of the team looking at the roles required for the project, each team member was then given a choice based of their interest and their strength. The social media department of the project required multiple parties due to it being the focus of the project hence there was a subdivision of roles.
The roles are as follows:
Marketing Director: Shalyn Lim
Project Manager: Walter Soh
Communications Executive: Roxana Yeo
Social Media Executive: Hyorim Yoo
Market Research Analyst: Tricia Chan
Creative Director: Mandel Yap
Editorial Manager: Anna Khairyna
After the roles were decided, the team redefined the current survey and its questionnaires. Next, the team had to come up with the target reach of the survey which was decided to be 70-100 surveyors.
These were the following actions that the team has decided to undertake before the next meeting:
Social Media team to create social media calendar mock up
To create mood board and creative vision
To create Tiktok & Instagram content drafts
Analysing social media trends
Create a budget list (social media boost post projected estimated cost?)
Reflection
Once the roles and responsibilities of each members were decided, it felt like there was a clearer avenue for participation and better interactions among the members. It was also beneficial as the workload of the project could be delegated accordingly.
