Meeting Summary

The team started out by having a discussion on the things that we have to settle before our next meeting with Stella and Sunitha.

To Do List:

• Shortlisting bingo places and activities neatly

• To finalise prizes + budget we have available

• Discussion on how to get media coverage

• Discuss and finalise how the BINGO is going to be executed

• Anna & Iqah (External Hire) to help on taking the necessary pictures for IG post and the bingo board

The workload are then split in-between the members.
