Meeting Summary
The team requested archival photos from Client, Stella for TikTok content. Stella mentioned to get any photos from SPH. The team will send Stella a list of needed archival photos.
Feedbacks/Comments on TikTok content from Client, Stella. Stella went through some comments with the team and will be sending the finalised document with all the comments after that week. Stella also told the team to be careful of the term that they use in their TikTok videos. Stella also will be sending the team a list of hashtags to be used when uploading of TikTok videos.
The team went on and showed Stella, the draft designs of Project Rediscover 2022's Instagram posts. Stella was pleased, no further comments were made.
Bingo Campaign, Stella suggested for the team to have a walk with her at Kampong Gelam one of the day to get to know stakeholders. For the team to also source our potential collaboration with stakeholders.

The team was able to update Client, Stella on their progress and managed to get feedback as well. The team realised how important it was to have a good relationship with their Client. Most importantly, the trip down to Kampong Gelam, allowed the team to realise how important was it to have good connection with stakeholders. The trip has also allowed the team to gain exposure to the stakeholders and their help.
