Meeting Summary
The team started out the sessions by giving an update on the overview and progress of the project after the school break. There were updates to be given both on the production stage as well as the project launch and the off-site campaign to be held. The TikTok production was ongoing, with the videographer starting work on post-production and awaiting for some materials and confirmation from URA.
There were many helpful and relevant suggestions provided by the Project Supervisor:
Collate everything together so it is easier to update client and stakeholders
Think more throughly about the launch, is it really needed, or should the money be spent on the content production
How can the off-site campaign be enticing and exciting enough for the media to cover?
This led the team to think deeper about the project and reflect on the necessary changes or tweaks that we should and can make at this point.
